a few days ago I went for fish with my girlfriend, it wasn't to the standards I remember, I got a very small portion of fries and lots of peas that were not on the menu. My girlfriend enjoyed her steak pie, I only had 4 chips then decided to save myself for better scran. I took the fish back and I didn't have any hard feelings about it. Anyway I was insulted by the behaviour of one of the staff members, Michelle, she very un-discreetly announced that they should not 'give in' and not charge me for it, I was told that it was 'my problem for not eating it' and I was barred along with my girlfriend loudly and well within earshot of many customers, and then when I explained I was being calm about it and her behaviour was abhorrent she said 'cheers batman' like an angry kid and stormed away all of this was to an audience of people around the bar. I used to go there fairly regularly and now they have lost us as customers our friends and our family all for the sake of not doing what any business would do and remove the fish from my bill. Very bad experience
